Since its formation and Foundation existed some years back
I. CHEDA has supported and offered educational materials such as Learning Materials including books, Library and stuffs to more than 333 Orphans Children and Vulnerable children, Persons with Disability in Addis Ababa City Administration alone. Similarly, in Gambella Regional State of Ethiopia.
II. CHEDA supported 320 Children, with redirect items, including School materials to Orphans Children, whom we provided with exercise books and related educational materials (enclosed is list of supported needy). In addition, CHEDA supported 134 South Sudanese orphan’s refugee children, persons and disability, who live in two refugee camps in Gambella regional State.
III. CHEDA Supporting both refugee and the host communities is a part of CHEDA’s policy of inclusivity and peace-building between the host and the refuges communities in the Gambella Regional State. CHEDA’s in the last fiscal year we offer more support to needy population and particular Orphans Children, empower more marginalized section of the community such as women and girls and persons with disabilities both in Gambella and in Addis city Administration.
IV. CHEDA Support six girls who study in the medical college
V. CHEDA Supported 142 Widows mothers in Gambella and Addis Ababa, they received sleeping material and trains them with capacity building, such sewing machine, training and others entrepreneur each every one among them received sewing machines.
VI. CHEDA Support Newland High school and two school of art and Humanity in Two Refugee camps
VII. CHEDA Support lactating mother and elderly people in refugee camp
VIII. Train Church leaders and communities’ leaders including refugee with trauma healing as trauma is most powerful facility. Facilitators. In Addis Ababa Ethiopia.
IX. CHEDA established Trauma Healing program in Addis Ababa Ethiopia the project as our targets and train 49 individuals as trauma healing facilitator.
